When I moved to India after a decade in Africa, all I had in mind was to be an educator. I have never been a businessman. I see myself as a solution maker, a problem solver. I guess that's why the institutions I have led have stood apart from the rest

I was given the opportunity to head a school early on. My wife and I fought hard to build a school that provided students with basic facilities to develop themselves into people with integrity, responsibility, resourcefulness and perseverance

When we felt the opportunity was limited to a select few, we started again. That's how St. Thomas school and The Good Shepherd's came about. We realized that schools were available but good education was a privilege. We wanted students to have the opportunity to build themselves - academically and as successful people.

And I feel proud to have seeded three successful institutions and be part of the lives of thousands of students across the world who are writing their own success stories.

But I also realize that times have changed and no longer do parents only want an education. They want to provide kids with more than they had. They want comfort. They want better student-teacher ratios. They want personalised attention and better space and amenities

And this is what we once again hope to achieve with Trinity School. It is the same promise, one of a great education, opportunities to grow into successful people but above all become wonderful human beings that will change the society into a better place in the years to come.
