At Trinity School, we believe that timely payment of fees is essential for the smooth functioning of our institution. Parents are kindly reminded to adhere to the following schedule for fee payments to ensure uninterrupted access to our educational services.
Fees are to be deposited quarterly, directly to the bank, following the schedule below:
1st Quarter (April - June):On or before 10th April.
2nd Quarter (July - September):On or before 10th July.
3rd Quarter (October - December):On or before 10th October.
4th Quarter (January - March):On or before 10th January.
School fees are payable directly to the bank in four quarterly installments: April, July, October, and January.
Last date of payment by cash is the 10th of April, July, October, and January.
All cheques should be cleared on or before the 10th of the respective month. The net amount credited should be the fees amount; any bank charges are to be paid by the parents.
If a cheque is dishonoured, a fine of Rs. 200/- will be charged in addition to bank charges.
If the fees are not credited in the school account by the 10th, a fine of Rs. 250/- will be levied until the last working day of the month.
If fees are not paid by the 1st of the following month, the child will not be permitted in school, and a daily fine of Rs. 10/- will be added to the late fees.
No excuse for fines if the 10th falls on a Sunday or a bank holiday.
Safe custody of the Fee Book is the parents' responsibility. Replacement of the Fee Book will cost Rs. 100/-.

Here are some important guidelines to help you understand our fee payment process and policies, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for all parents.

Fine will not be excused/exempted if the 10th falls on a Sunday or a bank holiday.
Safe custody of the Fee Books is the parents’ responsibility, and the duplicate fee book will cost Rs. 100/- (One Hundred only).
